Legal Notice & T&C

Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms of Sale (T&C) govern the contractual relationship between Dahab (hereinafter "the Provider"), a private chauffeur service operated in Paris, and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "the Customer") wishing to book a transport service via the website dahab-paris.fr or through any other means of communication.

Any booking implies the Customer's full and unconditional acceptance of these T&C.

Article 2 — Booking and confirmation

Bookings are made online via the form on dahab-paris.fr, or directly through WhatsApp for urgent requests. A booking is confirmed once full payment — or, in certain cases, an expressly agreed deposit — has been received.

A confirmation email or message is sent to the Customer within 30 minutes of booking. The Customer must check the details in the confirmation (date, time, address, vehicle) and report any discrepancy as soon as possible.

Article 3 — Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in euros, taxes included (VAT inclusive). They are fixed and communicated to the Customer before any booking confirmation. No additional charge may be applied without prior agreement, except for the following: motorway tolls, parking fees, and extended waiting time beyond the included allowance (15 minutes for airports, 10 minutes for other pick-up points).

Payment is processed online by credit card through a secure interface (Stripe). The Provider does not store any credit card data.

Article 4 — Cancellation and refund

Cancellation terms are as follows:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Article 5 — Liability

The Provider undertakes to use all available means to deliver the service under the best possible conditions. The Provider cannot be held liable for any delay caused by circumstances beyond its control (weather conditions, exceptional traffic incidents, force majeure).

The Customer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their passengers (significant soiling, deterioration). Cleaning or repair costs may be invoiced to the Customer.

Article 6 — Personal data (GDPR)

As part of the booking process, the Provider collects personal data strictly necessary to deliver the service (first name, last name, contact details, pick-up and drop-off addresses). This data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679).

Data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the last service date, then deleted. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. The Customer has the right to access, rectify, erase and port their data, which can be exercised by email at contact@dahab-paris.fr.

Article 7 — General Terms of Use

Accessing and using the website dahab-paris.fr implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use. The website is available 24/7, except in cases of force majeure, maintenance, or technical interruption beyond the Provider's control.

Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, modification, or commercial use of the website's content is strictly prohibited. The Provider reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time.
